      Franciscan University Student Housing shows any property currently available. It also shows properties that will be coming available and when.

      Most of our lease are for 12 months. A few of them vary. Usually, the lease go from June 1st thru May 31st of the following year. On occasion, a student needs to stay over the summer. In that case, we allow for a two month stay. We will extend the lease until the end of July.

      If the lease is extended, that property will not be available to students until mid-August. The description will say such.
