    If you are a current tenant and have a maintenance issue, you can click on "request maintenance" and fill out the form.  We will take a look and notify you when we will be able to get the work done.  If it is urgent, such a water leak, please contact us immediately at 740-381-0858.

    If you are a current tenant and have an issue with your place, please fill out the "request maintenance".  We will review it and inform you of the steps and when we will be doing the maintenance if it is warranted.  if it is a water leak, please contact us immediately at 740-381-0858.  If it is a gas leak, please contact the gas company immediately (Columbia Gas of Ohio).
