Currently, we are only offering properties that we own. We have single family homes (2-3 bedrooms), duplexes (2 bedrooms) and a 4-plex (1 bedroom). A application is required prior to showing a property. Please click on application to fill one out. We will contact your for a showing if your application fits our requirements.
A couple of requirements we adhere to are:
No Pets
No Smoking in the property
Tenants shovels Snow
Lease is usually 12 months, ending on May 31st of the following year. We do make exceptions if a tenant needs to stay over the summer. These are usually students. But, we require them to be out by the end of July and for those rental, the lease will be 10 months.
